This black tea is made in a family-owned plantation in Mirik, near the border with Nepal. It is crafted by Alan Rai and is the fruit of a meticulous approach of conveying a feeling of contemplative nostalgia through taste, inviting us to take time to reflect.
This third flush autumn black tea reveals woody, cocoa and fruity notes, supported by a smooth, full-bodied texture.

With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 185°F.

In a teapot or carafe: infuse 16 g of leaves per liter of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
