Le Thé des Songes Blanc is a recipe created by Palais des Thés, combining white tea, flowers and fruit.
Delicately scented, it evokes rose, orange blossom and red fruit. Safflower petals and strawberry pieces have been added to a delicious Bai Mu Dan, which is refined and delicate.
Suggestion of preparation
To prepare hot tea:
Steep 6g in 30 cL of filtered water at 70°C (160°F) for 5min.
