This Grand Cru is a Dian Hong Cha, a Chinese black tea that is harvested in Yunnan. Its crop is made up of small golden buds and large leaves. It is produced in the spring, and reveals a bouquet that is unique to the season.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 195°F.
With the gong fu cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.

Steep 8 g in 50 cl of water at room temperature 45 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
