This Grand Cru is produced in the village of Sung Do, in northern Vietnam. The village is renowned for its tea-growing tradition. It is crafted by a group of passionate producers, using Shan Tuyet tea trees.
This green tea reveals a balanced profile, merging lotus seed with vegetal notes, then unfolding into fruity and mineral nuances.

Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 75°C / 170°F.
With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 45 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
