Description

In Gomi, a village in Georgia nestled at an altitude of 2000 m, pear tree leaves are rolled like those of black tea following an age-old technique from the region of Guria. This is done to produce herbal tea in the style of true “tea”.

A unique tasting experience which combines a sweet herbal tea bringing to mind pear with a profound aromatic profile offering honeyed notes of black tea.
