The purity of Silver Needles born in the high mountains of Papua New Guinea.
Harvested at an altitude of over 1,500 meters in Minjigina, at the heart of Papua New Guinea's Western Highlands, this organic white tea is a rare Grand Cru. The history of this terroir dates back to 1960, when a former marshland previously used for growing reeds was transformed by planting Assamica tea seeds.
Today, this unique high-altitude terroir yields remarkable Silver Needles. To preserve the extreme freshness and delicacy of their aromas, the silvery buds are meticulously hand-picked early in the morning before the day's heat sets in. Naturally shade-dried following the traditional method of fine Chinese white teas, these beautiful buds release a golden liqueur when infused, offering a perfectly smooth mouthfeel and a very sweet flavor profile.
Upon tasting, this exceptional white tea reveals indulgent fruity nuances reminiscent of grape and mirabelle plum, intertwined with the sweetness of vanilla and the subtlety of a white floral bouquet, delicately supported by fresh notes of dry vegetation.

Hot Preparation:
Teapot: Infuse for 10 minutes in water at 70°C (160°F).
Gong Fu Cha: Perform multiple steepings of 30-40 seconds.
