Ichi, which means "one" in Japanese, is our discovery matcha. It offers everything you expect from a high-quality, beautiful, and accessible matcha. Ichi is an invitation to travel between the elegance of Japanese tradition and the creativity of the modern world, embodied by the matcha latte.
Its name pays tribute to the Japanese philosophy Ichi-go Ichi-e ("one time, one meeting"). In the spirit of cha no yu (the tea ceremony), every bowl is an invitation to savor the moment.
It is available in a 30g airtight tin and a 90g refill pouch.
Terroirs of excellence
Behind its emerald green color lies rigorous expertise. This delicious ceremonial grade matcha is a subtle blend of tencha from two of Japan’s iconic terroirs: Kagoshima and Shizuoka.
Crafted from 10 to 40-year-old tea plants using saemidori and yabukita cultivars harvested in spring and autumn, it offers a balanced taste and a vibrant green powder.

Suggestion of preparation
Step 1
Take 1 teaspoon (or 2 spatulas) of matcha
Step 2
Sift it into your bowl
Step 3
Pour 5 cl of water heated to 70 °C and whisk vigorously in a w-shape until you obtain a smooth and frothy texture.
Step 4 (optional)
Add 10 cl of milk for a latte (optional)
Storage advice:
To preserve the quality of this delicate tea, it is best kept in the refrigerator once opened. Consume within 45 days after opening.
