Description
Made from the first harvest of the year, also called ichibancha, this genmaicha blends green tea and roasted brown rice. Highly popular in Japan, it is often enjoyed during meals.
A sweet Grand Cru, perfectly balanced with its hints of toasted grain and its fresh, grassy notes. The highest quality of genmaicha.
This tea is organically grown and has been certified by an approved independent testing center.

Prepare this tea warm:
With a teapot or a tasting set: 3 minutes in water heated to 75°C (165°F).
Prepare this tea iced:
In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cl of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
