Description

This oolong is harvested at an altitude of 1000 m on Beishan Mountain, Taiwan. This region is known for its exceptional oolong teas, thanks to its terroir and climate. Created from the jin xuan cultivar, it boasts a naturally intense floral fragrance!

An oolong with a spellbinding floral bouquet, blending osmanthus, jasmine and gardenia, which develops into buttery and vegetal hints.

Suggestion of preparation

Prepare this tea warm:

With the teapot or the tasting set: 5 minutes in water heated to 195°F.

With the gong fu cha: infusions during 30-40 seconds.

Prepare this tea iced: 

In a teapot or a carafe: infuse 8 g of leaves per 50 cL of water at room temperature for 30 minutes. Remove the leaves and store in the fridge.
