Rooibos

Rooibos is an infusion with antioxidant properties, naturally caffeine-free and very low in tannins. Often mistakenly called "red tea" because of its colour, rooibos is in fact a South African shrub quite distinct from the tea plant. Its infusion produces a very pleasant, round and slightly sweet drink that can be enjoyed all day long.
