This renowned yellow tea was first grown in Anhui province, and its name means "golden buds of mount Huo". Its delicate crop is harvested early in the year, before the Qingming festival (early April), and gives it unparalleled freshness and complexity. A rare treasure.

Suggestion of preparation
Prepare this tea warm:
With the teapot or the tasting set: 4 minutes in water heated to 170°F.
With the gong fu cha: multiple infusions during 30-40 seconds.
Also delicious iced:
Steep 8 g in 50 cL of water at room temperature 30 min. Remove the tea leaves and refrigerate.
