Description

This Grand Cru is from Hebizuka, the "hill of snakes". This plot is one of Japan's highest. This tea is made by Mr. Nakamura. Unlike most Japanese teas, its leaves are harvested by hand. Local legends say the rocks of the Hebizuka tea garden are home to snakes.

An intense gyokuro marked by an extraordinary floral hint! Its thick texture and umami taste showcase the best Shizuoka has to offer.
