This oolong comes from Beishan Mountain in Taiwan. From the fo shou cultivar, it is also called "Buddha’s hand" as its leaves look similar to those of this citrus fruit. Native to Fujian, it is also produced in Taiwan as pearls, with more pronounced floral notes.
An elegant oolong with a highly complex aromatic profile, revealing stunning floral notes which develop into honeyed hints of fruit. A true gem.
