Blue of London is an exceptional Earl Grey which combines one of the world's best black teas, Yunnan tea, with the fresh and delicate notes of bergamot. This remarkably balanced and subtle blend offers a delicious bergamot note.
The story behind Earl Grey tea
Earl Grey tea has been a great English classic since a Chinese mandarin presented Charles Grey, the Earl of Fallodon and Foreign Secretary of the United Kingdom in the mid-19th century, with an old recipe for bergamot-flavoured tea.

Tea and dishes message
Blue of London is the epitome of a balanced, subtle tea which has earned its place in the kitchen. It can also be used as part of a congruent pairing with citrus: to bring out the flavours in an orange sauce, for example, or even to pair with a lemon tart for dessert. It is also a recommended option for afternoon tea and will stand out thanks to its perfect pairing with white chocolate.
