A beautifully balanced non-alcoholic cocktail with a freshness that evokes the monsoons of tropical climates!
Fruity and delicately peppery, Tropical Monsoon will delight your summer evenings with its exotic notes.
Ingredients
Organic Tropicolada (8 g)
Pink peppercorns (2 tsp)
Ginger Ale (8 cl)
Pineapple juice (8 cl)
Fresh lime juice (2 cl)
Grenadine syrup (1 cl)
A few cucumber slices and mint leaves for decoration

Preparation
Prepare a highly concentrated Organic Tropicolada infusion (8 g per 8 cl) with pink peppercorns crushed with a mortar. Infuse for 4 mins at 90 degrees Celsius then leave to cool in the fridge for 30 mins.
Add a few ice cubes to a cocktail glass. Pour the grenadine syrup, lime juice, Ginger Ale and 5 cl of pineapple juice (leave the remaining 3 cl to one side). Add the Tropicolada/pink peppercorn liqueur once it has cooled. Mix with a spoon.
With an electric whisk, whisk the 3 cl of pineapple juice until it forms a foam, then pour it over the surface of the cocktail.
For decoration (and to add a touch of freshness!), place a few pink peppercorns onto the foam, along with a mint leaf and some half slices of cucumber arranged in a star shape on a cocktail stick. Serve straight away!
