Ingredients
- 10 g of or
- 5 ml lime
- Ginger beer
- Crushed ice
Preparation
- Infuse 10 g of or in 200 ml of water at 90°C for 10 minutes
- Filter and cool the liqueur
- Fill a long drink glass with ice (ice cubes or crushed ice), mix 40 ml of mate liqueur and 5 ml lime
- Add the Ginger Beer
Serving suggestion
Add lime zest for decoration, or a slice of lime
