The 2025 Bahia creation inspired the team at Palais des Thés, and this year, the Antony store team won everyone over with this deliciously aromatic recipe.
Dare to try this spectacular mocktail: its creamy foam will charm the most curious palates !
Ingredients
- 16 g of Bahia
- 40 cL filtered water
- 14 cL passion fruit juice
- 2 whole passion fruits
- 4 cL rose syrup
- 2 large pinches of ground Timut pepper
- 1 egg white
Instructions
1 | Infuse the organic Bahia tea in room temperature water for 15 minutes to create a concentrate.
2 | In a shaker, pour the Bahia concentrate, add the scooped passion fruits, rose syrup, passion fruit juice, egg white, and ground Timut pepper.
3 | Shake for about 30 seconds.
4 | Pour the mocktail into 4 elegant glasses, straining with a fine sieve.
Serving Tip :
For decoration, place half a passion fruit on the foam of the cocktail before serving.
