Here is a deliciously sparkling non-alcoholic cocktail to toast all summer long as the sun goes down… Fresh and fruity, this drink, designed around our exclusive Plein Sud creation, will delight foodies looking for a healthy alternative to soda.

Ingredients

- 250 mL filtered water
- 40 mL basil syrup
- 1 fresh lime
- Sparkling water or lemonade
- Ice cubes

Preparation

    1| Infuse the Plein Sud tea in filtered water at room temperature for 3 hours. Strain and set aside.
    2| In a mixing glass or a container filled 3/4 with ice cubes, pour the infused tea and the basil syrup. Stir the mixture with a spoon.
    3| Fill highball/long drink glasses 2/3 full with the mixture and top up with sparkling water or lemonade.
    4| Grate some lime zest over your mocktails just before serving.
