Description
A Grand Cru created in the heart of the Nepalese mountains.
Originating from Pokhara in Nepal, this Spring Grand Cru is crafted by the Annapurna tea estate. Uniquely steamed using a machine traditionally dedicated to making momos (the famous Tibetan dumplings), this exceptional tea is a testament to true creative craftsmanship.
Annapurna Momocha Green reveals a light green liquor with a silky profile and intense minerality. On the palate, the tasting opens with the sweetness of tender greens and subtle mineral nuances, before evolving into indulgent notes of yellow fruit.
